Farcry 2 Dedicated Server?

What does it mean when you get "dedicated server" in your party. I though stuff like that was only able to happen on computers.

I tryed it and host gets set as spectator, so I guess you
leave ur xboc on and the server will stay up?

Some people just make the dedicated server for others to play on to show off maps. It's not that bad of an idea.

Okay, I would like to set one up (theoretically)
How do I go about doing that?
What is necessary?
Do I get to play (talk, interact, etc etc)?
If I turn off my xbox, what happens? (I know they get disconnected, but other stuff.....)

Is it WORTH it?

You click dedicated in advanced setting when creating a match.
You cant play, your set as a spectator.

yeah you are in spectator mode and you cant change it to have you play so it is boring but you have to have a good connection. i host dedicated servers sometimes but you cant host over night because they disconnect the servers at 5 am eastern every time.
you can get red ring of death from leaving it on for a long time. you shouldn't host dedicated servers if you don't have any good maps because nobody will join if you don't have good maps. sdrakulich i suggest you dont host a dedicated server.
