</font></div></font></b>This is in your face Zombie action, nothing complicated here, no trick doors, long story, tricky jumps, teleporters to strange areas, or confusing map. If your bold you might look over the edge of the jagged cliff for some early kills. Test’s proved to be fun and action packed. Grab your shotgun!<br />

<font color="DarkOrange"><b><font size="5"><div align="center">Over View<br />
</div></font></b></font>This is a Crypt asymetrical multi level map made mainly for infection, other game types are also supported. Infected spawns are at the bottom in the jagged cliff and in the huge wall, non-infected people will spawn up top in safety for the moment, there are several fall-back rooms working there way back to the bottom of the crypt with a an escape elevator which will shoot you all the way to the other side (lean either way or pull back to control your landing spot) of the map down in zombie the zombie pit then in the corner is another elevator up in the wall where you can fall back into several small rooms. All weapons spawn up top. Zombies work their way up the jagged hillside hidding behind rocks or using some cannonmans for help. Or bust through the pallets hiding openings on the wall.<br />

<b><div align="center"><font size="5"><font color="DarkOrange">Beware- is this map for you?<br />
</font></font></div></b>If your preferred infection maps are long crowded skinny hallways with everybody hopping all over each other and all kinds of crap to smash through then this is not your map, you have breathing room here pick your spot to defend yourself. Zombies have good chance of infecting others there is not a huge inbalance, there are NO total safe camp spots<br />

<b><div align="center"><font size="5"><font color="DarkOrange">Tips<br />
</font></font></div></b>The invis ball has a mancannon right next to it. Use the fallback rooms then the bottom elevator for escape to bottom of jagged cliff, then into any hole in the big wall.<br />

<b><div align="center"><font size="5"><font color="DarkOrange">About Construction<br />
</font></font></div></b>This was a fairly difficult build my initial vision was a peak with jagged cliffs on each side but that never happened. Ghostmerging is used in 96% of the map a few block up top are just placed to raise walls to prevent escape. The elevator escape from the bottom room was rebuilt 3 times, it is now functioning flawlessly while using 3 cannon mans, 2 cannons placed opposite each other for centering and more power. Construction time was around 3 weeks. There is $13 left in budget, get rid of a grenade someplace and ad a jucy lite if desired.<br />

</font></font></div></b>Pick your own, zombies have been tested to 50% grav with no escape detected, 75% grav seemed to work the best. Zombies that die a little easier can improve a game that has less skilled players. Start all with shotguns as primary weapon.<br />

<b>Map Description</b><br />
Necropolis is a four-way symmetric Infection map, designed for Save One Bullet, and Random Bullet, which is simply Save One Bullet with random weapon starts.  The map features a large building in the center of the map, with a lift under the building for easy access to the building, as well as camo on a 90 second spawn to help zombies face troubling foes.  There are four ramps and path ways to enter the building, and because of that there are no weapons on this map, each path way features a turret.  The turrets have minimal view, but can be taken advantage of with good team work if utilized, or ripped off the tripod.  With the name Necropolis, the map features small protruding blocks and tube pieces to emulate tombstones, as well as four small bases that are the spawns for the Zombie players, which could be called crypts, but it wasn't intended to be more than a means of rotating spawns for the zombies.<br />

WWII was the first gametype and map  that I ever made. Berlin is the last map for WWII on Halo 3 that I  decided to make. I will eventually post some of the most enjoyable of  the series before Reach comes out. It's set in the Berlin as the Soviet  Army inch ever closer to the Hitler's bunker. Fighting has gone on until  night and the Soviets have set up base in a destroyed building and are  driving the Germans out of their fortress. A good tactic is to find some  cover (Destroyed buildings are pretty good for this) and hold out there  with a portion of your team. There are two parts of the map that are  occasionally subject to bombing. The ramp to the construction site  (sniper tower), and near a destroyed building. So if you choose those  paths be wary of the risk involved. Note: There is a BR easter egg in  every WWII map. See if you can find it during gameplay. But I suggest  you don't use it, because it is very cheap and easy to use in this  gametype. Just keep to the satisfaction of finding it and don't use it.<br />

It is important for humans to work as a team to survive, as a zombie can easily pick off those that've strayed from the group.</font></font></div> <br />

There is no ammo on the map, but there are some plasma pistols and magnums around the map to give you a small boost if you're desperate. A friend and I have created a map that is small but fun and crazy. There are plenty of things to hide behind throughout the whole main room and is a great size for up to 8 people I would think. Currently it is only setup for &quot;team slayer&quot; but more may be placed later tho, but we are getting ready for the new Halo Reach Forge editor so this might be as far as this one gets. Please feel free to give us your ideas and opinions on how to improve on this, we will use those ideas in our new maps.<br />

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<div><!-- google_ad_section_start -->2nd post on Forge Hub. Urban Combat is for Zow Junior's VIP gametype: Invasion Slayer. However it doesn't have any loadouts. Instead it's just a straight out urban battle. The Covenant attack from a small base on the hill and the UNSC control most of the city from the start. Every so often a gauss warthog will be dropped at the LZ and a banshee will be supplied to Covenant forces at the same time. The city's sections are named by the features there: The LZ, The Bridge, The Courtyard, The Radio Station, The Sniper Tower and the Covenant Base. By the way, Urban Combat is a place holder name whilst I think of a better name.<br />

<div align="left"><font color="#8b8b8b"><font face="Verdana"><font size="3">In the middle of designing the Policy of Truth series I decided I wanted to stray away a little from the L4D oriented style of linear infection and delve a little bit more into experimenting with infection settings in new ways on enclosed holdout maps. </font></font></font></div> <br />

Expect a lot of action to happen here since it is the location of a health pack that spawns here and there, and there humans can see zombies coming from the 3 different ways they can come. </font></font></font></div> <br />

<font color="#8b8b8b"><font face="Verdana"><font size="3">That area homes a sky-bridge and an elevated loft that is a nice oasis for a bit from the risky street dwelling. It also homes another health pack that only spawns every 3 minutes and must be gained using a deployable cover to jump off of. Use the building opposite the loft the access the sky-bridge.</font></font></font></div> <br />

<font color="#8b8b8b"><font face="Verdana"><font size="3">Through the courtyard humans can go to the construction site and nab the rocket launcher or venture to the three story office building where a trip mine and a plasma pistol can be found. As trivial as it may seem, a plasma pistol is an excellent weapon against zombies with vampirism.</font></font></font></div> <br />

<font color="#8b8b8b"><font face="Verdana"><font size="3">If they get close to one of their human adversaries though, then they can regain some of that shield back and take some of the human's life in the process.</font></font></font></div> <br />

<font size="3">But it's still fun with a smaller group of people too.</font><br />
<font size="3">I recommend anywhere from 4-16 players for the Haze Wave variant.</font></div> <br />

This is my first post on Forge Hub, and this is an infection map and gametype on Sandbox. This isn't a new concept by no means, but it's a fun little infection game that can keep you entertained for a little while. <br />
<br />
The map consists of two small rooms, one above the other. The Infected spawn above, while the humans spawn below. There are five ways for the zombies to get into the humans room. Each corner of the square room has a teleporter, and theres also one teleporter in the middle of the map, which allows zombies to rise from below. <br />
The four hallways on each corner are slightly guarded by two pallets each, and a quarter wall for cover. If the humans manage to survive for two and a half minutes, four walls spawn which give the zombies an unreasonable amount of cover, which usually ends the game very quickly. <br />
A few weapons spawn once on a few walls. Nothing to unbalance the game.<br />
<br />
I am no forging expert, and no advanced techniques should be expected. However, the map works very well.<br />

The game can be played with any number of players, but works best with at least six. Max sixteen. Two players start as zombies, all the rest are humans. The round obviously ends when all humans are zombies.<br />

</div>In all there are 27 classes and 17 unique classes. The way the class system works is this. You will spawn in a random room with weapons there. I didn't make it so you can choose to even it out a bit and make it more fun with random classes.<br />
<br />
Chimonanthus praecox can support 4 - 12 players, but 4 - 8 is recommended.<br />
<br />
Chimonanthus praecox is an asymmetrical urban class map using one half of Foundry. There are two bases. While they are not really &quot;true&quot; bases, they have cover, height, and size. In the center of the map is a structure holding water (<i>Maybe</i> this has something to do with <a href="http://halo.wikia.com/wiki/Global_Water_Campaign" target="_blank">this?</a><br />

There are many jumps that you are able to do. Some I purposely put in the map, others were &quot;created&quot; with the map. I strongly suggest just playing a game of jumping to find all the cool spots. <br />
<br />
Chimonanthus praecox has gone through many phases. I practically made this map on 10 different canvases before settling on Foundry. I even considered making this on The Pit.<br />

</div>Surprisingly enough, there are not many changes with this Slayer gametype. 10 minute games and the score goes up to 25. I would not recommend having only 25 points with a crowd bigger then 6, because games will then last less then 5 minutes. The custom powerup is changed to 30 seconds long and able to pick up weapons. When you respawn, you will have 5 seconds to pick up the things around you. You are not forced to pick up everything; you can keep your magnum while just taking a Sniper, for instance. Magnum starts with no grenades. Everything else is unchanged. Slayer only, no Team Slayer because once one team gets the lead they can just camp in their spawn. I have never thought about implanting Objective into this, Oddball or KoTH would probably be best.

I might not have made this clear enough, but the Custom Powerups are the Scavenger classes. You are able to pick up weapons for 30 seconds. If you spawn with nothing, you might have gotten a CP.<br />
<br />
Also, if you don't spawn with anything, please don't camp waiting for something to spawn. You only have 5 seconds to pick up Weapons / Grenades / Equipment. I tried to make the classes respawn as fast as possible, but there are only 27 of them and with a group of  6+ you are probably going to have to use your magnum a lot of the time.<br />

How long had he been on the floor? His forehead burned from where the bullet had a cut a narrow groove across the wide span of flesh. One inch to the left and he would have been one of the lucky ones &#8211; one of the ones who wouldn&#8217;t come back. <br />
<br />
Snapped back into reality, Tyler barely remembered how the day had begun. He remembered the stress of organizing paperwork on the third floor of his office building &#8211; a place that he had been cornered for the last seven years of his life. What a joke. He didn&#8217;t know stress until the dead majority started to eat the living minority. He didn&#8217;t know stress until he was at gunpoint merely three hours before. And now, with this life hanging on a thin filament over a score of hungry maws, he felt the fear deep in his bones. He wished he were dead. He wished the bullet had found its mark. He wished that he were never born. <br />
<br />
His legs spasmed then remained still. His breath filled the silence. Tears of sweat dripped from the sides of his head as smoldering flames from the invasion still remained ablaze. Through the inferno, he could finally spot where he was. The burning cubicles and large elevator insinuated that he was on the top floor of his building. As his vision returned to relatively normal, he noticed that several of his co-workers bordered his wounded body. However, they all appeared to be dead, eaten alive by the merciless zombies that had plagued the defenseless workplace only hours before. Tyler climbed up to his feet, feeling his joints ache like he were a man of sixty instead of a man of thirty five. He distinguished a pistol under one of the sweltering cubicles. Five bullets existed in the barrel. However, hope was the last thing in his mind at this point, and Tyler had reached his last resort. Surrounded by dead co-workers, Tyler rested the pistol&#8217;s cold barrel against the side of his temple, then ran his index finger over the hammer of the gun. His finger quivered on top of it, then curled into itself. He released the weapon. He would never use it. Not against himself. He wedged a closed fist into his mouth, holding back the tears. He knew zombies still subsisted in the burning building, and if he wanted to survive, he had to be stealthy about it.  <br />
<br />
Tyler could hear the creaking of dried flesh as all the heads of the dead men and women pivoted in his direction. Congealed eyes ascertained. Cracked lips salivated. Raspy gasps echoed from tattered windpipes. Prey was in their midst. He stepped backwards, never taking his eyes off the silent approaching mob. His back collided with the unflinching metal of the malfunctioning elevator. The lead groaner stumbled towards him. Its broken jaw quivered with excitement. The creature tripped over itself, and fell. Its head smacked hard on the floor with a muted crack as rotted cartridge shattered from the fall. The groaner didn&#8217;t even miss a beat. It raised his head, revealing a smashed nose and proceeded to its victim. Tyler, still wearing his blood-stained dress shirt and tie, raised a leg and landed his boot into the groaner&#8217;s face. <br />
<br />
&#8220;Go to hell,&#8221; he muttered and slammed his boot again. And again. And again. He stomped over and over with whatever energy he could muster out of his injured body. But it was no use. Ten more zombies slowly gaited their way toward Tyler&#8217;s direction. He had dropped his pistol adjacent to the cubicle, and he was already regretting not pulling the trigger. The zombies&#8217; shadows enveloped his body, and death was imminent. The leading zombie lunged for Tyler&#8217;s body in pursuit of his blistered flesh. In mid-lunge, a shotgun blasted somewhere in the darkness. The flash of light blinded him and in but an instant, his face was splashed of what felt to be cold syrup mixed with chunks of bone. <br />
<br />
&#8220;Tyler get up!&#8221; he heard, &#8220;Just run. Just get up and run and shoot anything that gets in your way.&#8221; <br />
<br />
The deafening voice pierced his ears, one that could only belong to his eccentric partner, Jackson Segal. Three more shots were blasted into the zombies&#8217; decaying backs. Tyler climbed out of the elevator, astonished to see that the two remaining co-workers who had been lying on the floor had been awoken by the thunderous gunfire. Tyler and Jackson helped the three to their feet. None of them appeared to be seriously wounded, just disoriented from the day&#8217;s occurrences. Jeff Karstens, the oldest of the four, had worked in the building for over thirty years, and had become known as the crackhead of the building. He even revealed that he had kept an automatic gun in his desk for the last twenty years. They knew that they needed to get that gun, and most importantly, get the hell out of the nightmare that now existed in the five story building. <br />
<br />
The other member of the four survivors was Mark Peters, a college intern who had felt lucky to have found a job in this economy. But lucky was the last thing he felt at this point. It looks like his trip back to Northwestern University would be a little delayed if he was killed by the dozens of zombies within the office building. <br />
<br />
The fastest route to the office was a spiral staircase nearby the main elevator. The five rushed to the stairs only to find scorching flames impeding their quickest chance of survival. They turned around only to see that the other exit was quickly becoming obstructed by zombies rushing at their prey. The dead moved closer. For the first time since it all happened, Tyler was able to meet their cold stares. He would kill them. Every single one of them. Nothing would have him on his knees again.<br />
A dead woman missing half of the skin on her face grabbed at him from the side. Mouth open. Teeth bared. Tyler pushed the dead woman backwards. The creature pinwheeled down the burning stairs, and toppled over backwards. Tyler wheeled around in time to catch another groaner almost fall on top of him. He stepped aside in time to let it fall to the ground. He lifted the groaner&#8217;s head, dug his fingers into its eye sockets, and stripped free the two rotten balls. He crushed the fleshy orbs in his palms. A black liquid mush squeezed through his fingers.<br />
<br />
&#8220;Can&#8217;t bite me if you&#8217;re blind,&#8221; he said.<br />
<br />
He figured that he should be disgusted, feeling the black rot seep through crevices between his fingers, but it didn&#8217;t matter anymore. He raced down the stairs firing the pistol into the heads of five more zombies. Reaching Karstens&#8217; office, he opened the bottom shelf, desperately seeking the gun that his bizarre co-worker had claimed to own. He threw his whole arm into the deep drawer feeling simply old files and papers until he felt a cold metal at the bottom of the drawer. Tyler lifted his blood soaked hand bearing a loaded M16, then smeared the black zombie blood over his face. Elation blossomed deep in him. Nothing truly mattered anymore. Life and death were of but one entity. There was work to be done.</font></font><br />

Although simple, this was no ordinary map. Unfortunately, RC lost interest leaving an incredible idea in the Halo 3 graveyard. Until one day, I noticed that RC had posted an adoption thread that included Human Resources in all of its glory. The map was handed to me sometime in March. I know, you&#8217;re like, it took you more than 5 months to complete a map! Essentially, yes, but you can blame my lack of time and No-I&#8217;ll-Do-That-Tomorrow Syndrome for that. However, about 2 weeks ago I finished the map&#8217;s construction and made several changes throughout the map&#8217;s testing. RC helped me along the way with the gametypes he initially had in mind, so we could make the game as fun and creepy as possible. Thus, after 8 long months, RC and I give you Human Resources.</font></font><br />
<div align="center"><img src="http://i36.tinypic.com/2vi5uer.jpg" border="0" alt="" onload="NcodeImageResizer.createOn(this);" /></div><font face="Century Gothic"><b><font size="3">&#8220;A problem&#8221;</font></b>: A problem essentially uses many of the aspects seen in Manifest merged with several settings of Save One Bullet. Humans spawn on the top floor of the office building and are forced to pick from one of the three paths on this floor: Spiral staircase, vent, or back staircase to the second floor. The humans start off well armed, but ammunition is limited throughout the map. However, you will not be finding any rocket launchers or snipers lying around the map, as RC and I agreed to make weaponry as realistic as possible. Also, But you didn&#8217;t think it would be that simple, right? Two killballs acting as fire caused by the zombie invasion in the building obstruct entrances to the third floor. Therefore, humans are forced to holdout against zombies, using a checkpoint teleporter system similar to the one in Manifest. After 60 seconds, a grav lift spawns above each kill ball acting as a sprinkler putting the fire out. Objects spawn within the kill ball allowing humans to pass through safely. The humans, if still alive, reach the third floor where they must stay aware of other zombie entrances and the ones from before. An elevator shaft leading to the fourth floor is also blocked with fire, and the humans must hold out for another 60 seconds until the &#8220;sprinkler&#8221; spawns and they can safely drop down. Likewise to Manifest, humans should look at this as a mission to get to the bottom floor to get out of the burning building swarming with zombies if they want to survive. Once humans drop to the fourth floor, there is no way back up. Therefore, they must hold out on the fourth and fifth floor connected by a small ramp until time runs out, in essence, meaning that they survived. <br />

<b><font size="3">&#8220;FIRE!&#8221;</font></b>: Fire is a VIP variant game similar to &#8220;A problem,&#8221; in many ways, but actually has a substantial goal. Humans spawn on the top floor once again well-armed but ammunition is still limited. However, this time humans have a firefighter that they must lead down the burning building before they become engulfed by the zombie invasion. The firefighter is a bit stronger than the humans requiring three hits from a zombie to kill him, while humans only require two like in &quot;A problem.&quot; Humans must again wait 60 seconds for the sprinklers to spawn, then they can proceed to the first VIP destination on the third floor of the building. Zombies still spawn in the enclosed teleporter room using the teleporter checkpoint system. After another 60 seconds, humans can drop down to the fourth floor and race to the lobby&#8217;s front door, where another VIP destination is placed. If the humans reach the destination, it effectively means that they reached the front door of the building and escaped. <br />

<li>The overshield, spawning after 120 seconds, can help dramatically. It allows you to take on humans head on. Whereas one shotgun shot would kill you earlier, it becomes two, which means that you can use your sword to kill them.</li>
<li>Use your radar a lot considering humans have no idea where you will be.</li>
<li>If you enter the fourth floor teleporter (all the way to the right in the zombie spawn room), and want to get back up to the upper floors, there is a teleporter leading you back to the second floor in a portion of fire near the ceiling of the meeting room.</li>
<li>Jump! This will decrease the chance a human has to get a headshot, and basically confuse the hell out of them. <br />
<font size="3"><font face="Century Gothic"><b>Humans</b></font></font>:</li>
<li>Stick together and be aware around every corner. Assassinations kill you the quickest.</li>
<li>NEVER go out alone, the only times a person should go out is to get ammunition.</li>
<li>Communicate as to when the sprinklers spawn, so no person gets left behind.</li>
<li>Try to save the first aid kits (regenerators) located on the third and fourth floor for when you truly need them later in the game when there are fewer humans and more zombies.</li>
