What are the Private symbols underneath your Forgehub rank?

As you can see, I currently have 2. But I've seen people with 1, or 4.

Sorry if this has been asked before, I did search the Customer Service and use the Search option before posting this.

I think the more you post, the more arrows you get for each Bar, within your rank. Once you fill up all the golden arrows to the right, you gain a blue bar. Or at least that's what I imagine, I honestly don't visit here enough to know for sure.

That seems just about right, but utterly pointless if so.

I think that the blue bar is your overall posts within the community.
So a person with one post has a tiny blue bar while a person with 3,000 posts has an almost full bar (Because 300 is among the top posters, while 1 is very low) and as you post, your private ranking bars will go up also, once you reach 4 private bars you will then proceed to the next ranking (ranking-Name/weapon) but your blue bar will continue to stay where it is, and grow a little bit for each post.

Ooohhh, okay. That makes sense as well, I'm not sure why they switched it, I think I liked the old system better, but anywho thanks for that.

I think that the blue bar measures your overall progress per symbol. Each rank has 4 total private symbols, so when the blue bar reaches the max, you'll gain a new private symbol, and the blue bar goes back to being empty, and you'll have to gain the number of posts needed to gain the next symbol. Once you're at 4 private symbols and you've reached the maximum posts needed to rank up, your rank moves to the next level.(e.g. Exterminator to Ranger)

Rifte may be correct also, I was just giving my idea of it, but i havent asked around either so my guess is as good as yours.

Both of you are oh so close - the full explanation can be found here, and the link also gives a brief explanation of the reasons for the blue bar rather than the weapons of old. We also overhauled the post requirements for each rank to make them more consistent.
