Suggestion FH RP Forum

It would be nice to have a RP forum on forgehub. I explain myself:

There would be a GM "Game Master" (me?) who would administrate a section of the forum. His first task would be to write the rules. Rules are necessary to adapt the RP to Halo.

This text from Wikipedia explain what I mean by RP forum:

Personally, if I was GM, I would be glad to write the rules (I have plenty of idea), play the games (I have plenty of time) and to create a world while keeping halo storyline in mind.

You can put a beta thread up in General Chat or something. I'd like to see what kind of reponse we get and what kind of rules you'd set up. If it gets out of hand, we'll lock it.

If he needs any help of any sort, like rules running it in general, im here for you man.

And about the RP Noobs, insane. we could just own them. if they try to pull the "i kill you all" Just RP a * Locked up for good* or something, or just state that you cant in the rules, or ban them from that thread after 3 strikes or something.

I'm moving all the subject in the official threads I did in Gaming Discussion. I'm waiting for some kind of communication with any mod for doing a sub-section in gaming discussion.

I'm happy of your support. Something who could be very helping for me is that you do a kind of petition, because Insane wanted support, so he will get support.

I have seen something like this before. I actually enjoyed it. I would start a thread to be a game like you said. I'd put it in Off Topic. If it is successful, others will copy the idea and make their own. In addition, it might support getting a sub-forum for all games. I do not think having one just for this would work. If it is successful, I will support getting a sub-forum for all games as a part of Off Topic. In that sub-forum, there will be prefixes to add to your game thread titles including RPG. If a RP thread has been started, message me with the link, please. If not, I'd get to it.

I've seen plenty of forums, even those smaller than us, with RP forums soley dedicated for roleplaying, and seperate area of games. It works great for them. I say if this works, we should try it.

This has been brought up in the past. Unfortunately no-one seemed to take it any further, despite being given some form of go-ahead by Shock.

As Insane said, I'd suggest creating an example thread where you show us how you'd go about conducting yourself.

Should this be successful, taking further steps would most certainly be considered.
