Stickies: Recommendations to Add or Remove

eh, the ppc is basicly POST SPAM HERE, i do agree it is popular but i see no reason for it to be stickied, to be able to fall to the bottom of the page if people dont like it, just like other maps where you post random stuff. The PPC has a reason to be stickied, if it fell to the bottom of the pages the forums would become more spammy.
