Suggestion Ability to Properly Change Name?

I wouldn't consider those as extreme "issues". Again, those are more things done when there is time.

I think you're referring to more of a new site, like with yours, and having to balance it out as it forms. But on a well established site, not as much.

I didn't notice the glitch until about a month ago when I made the farcry questions thread. I tried to change the name and couldn't. Later someone came along and did it for me. I forget who. Some mod.

I actually think you can, but only if you do it almost immediately after making a thread, as that has happened to me before. Made a thread, changed name immediately and it switched, but changing it again later didn't work.

Recounting is simple; just click a button. And they don't have to rename the url? It still directs to the same place because the thread number is included in the URL before the words.

I edited your thread title and it worked a treat ... i think its just a general glitch within the message edit screen.

The problem we have is that all of our Web-Devs have deserted. FinalCutHalo appeared for the first time in a couple of months just the other day, but its not really any help as they all have major things in their real life to worry about.

Lionheart is the only regular Web Dev/Admin around, and although he manages to do all he can around here, he's VERY busy with other things.
