Actually, the new 8.04 allows you to run it underneath Windows. Use Wubi to install it like a program.

Oh, and you might have to install new repositories for other programs, but I didn't need to for Skype.

Please, list a few flaws, I know that it has to have some.

Just minor stuff. Fonts aren't the same in all programs, GIMP is less intuitive than Photoshop, MP3, AVI, and other propietary codecs have to be downloaded, Compiz (the graphics manager of awesomeness) isn't included with the install and so have to be downloaded, support for Windows programs under WINE is limited.

I thought it was just a 'phone' / 'voice' program though so I will be getting it ASAP.
