Formation

Formation

Description:
Formation is a MLG weapon oriented map that was created by using an unique idea of a muti-level map. Formation is completely symetrical; it contains Interlocking and some Geo-merging. Formation consistes of 4 bases, Red, Blue, Yellow and Purple; the bases are simple yet have effective gameplay. It was meant to be an experiment, a challenge for myself, but then I decided to share this map with everyone. The design was completely random to begin with, but was soon Formation.

This is my all-time first competitive slayer map, so please take it easy with the criticism.

Gametypes:
Formation is compatible with all gametypes, but it is recommended for Slayer, Team Slayer, CTF, 2V2 variantes, or 1V1 Variants.

Weapons:
6 Battle Rifles; Respawn: 10 seconds
6 Covenant Carbines; Respawn: 90 seconds
1 Sniper Rifle; 0 clips; Drop Respawn: 150 seconds
1 Mauler; 0 clips; Respawn: 150 seconds
6 Plasma Grenades; Respawn: 30 seconds
4 Frag. Grenades; Respawn: 30 seconds

Map Pictures:

Bottom Center, AKA Mauler Hallway

Left Purple/Yellow

Right Purple/Yellow

Side Blue/Red

Action Pictures:These were taken on a CTF spawn test, my friend, Captian Soul, and I started fooling around after our test was done.

Stuck!

This is what happens when you play 1V1 CTF.

uhh your map's layout looks phenomenal except I dont like the Fact that you have structures that have gaps in them. Like that ramp witha wall interlocked to a double box. That seems really bad. Grenades could be lost easily and I suggest you fix that by using a single instead of a wall there.
EDIT: BTW dont rate your own maps...

I see what your saying, but unfounately, if I use anything else, it will block out other parts below it. It is only a small factor, and I would not see why anyone would want to throw a grenade in the hole or anywhere near it. Just give the map a try.
