A competitive map designed with vehicle combat in mind. Specifically, awesome and extreme Ghost action.
The map is symmetrical, built for capture the flag, and is made up of these “bowl” platforms.
There's two bowls on each side of the map. The bowl in the upper left area of this image would be the location of one team's flag.

And in between those bowls you've got a small platform (sideways stairs) holding a Beam Rifle and regenerator.
The center of the map consists of this extra large bowl.
Connected to that center bowl are two walled off areas.

Look towards the upper right area of that image and you'll see a small hole in the ground. Jump through it and you'll land here:

Down here I've got a few narrow walkways leading to and from a room underneath the center bowl. Offers an easy escape from any unfriendly Ghosts and a great way to sneak the enemy flag over to your base.
When playing this map your job is to grab a Ghost, hit the side of a bowl, and get some
Wicked sweet air!
To jump from one bowl to another you’ll need to hit the boost to get the speed to cover the distance. But don’t just mash down the left trigger. Do that and you’ll overshoot the platform you're aiming for.
Having trouble landing the jump? Stop boosting as soon as your Ghost leaves the ground, you’re more likely to get caught inside the bowl and not slide out.
Outrageous Advice!
To get a vehicle, run over to one of the boxes floating over the bowls, grab the custom powerup underneath the box, and out falls a Ghost. These things won’t be constantly filled though, Ghosts respawn inside the box after three minutes have passed.
Each team gets two Ghost boxes on their side of the level, but only the box hanging over your flag is going to be holding a Ghost when the game starts, the second Ghost shows up three minutes later.
Now, for anyone interested, here’s a list of the map’s weapons and their respective spawn times. Each team will have on their side of the map:
2x Carbines: 10 (seconds)
2x Plasma Rifles: 30
1x Needler: 60
1x Beam Rifl
Whoa brother! No time for weapon lists, get that weak stuff out of here, make some room for more
GHOST JUMPING ACTION
Kicken Rad!
Midair highfive! Nice One!
YEEEEAAAAAH
The map supports CTF, assault, territories, and king of the hill.
And let me point out that you can get back to the regular Blackout map. Unfortunately, because of the distance a Ghost can cover, I really couldn’t get around this problem. Luckily though, jumping onto the Blackout building isn’t really going to help anyone, in fact the player’s absence is just going to hurt the rest of his team, so I don’t see this being a issue during games.
