You map is really good but i think you maybe want to make a V2 where the other areas are blocked off and also maybe make the building with more cover and also some more ways to get there. but keep the layout and the central three story building. It's original and I like it.

EDIT: Oh, also try to change the part that lets you run free out of the map, because unfortunately people going where they're supposed to can make or break a map.

The only blocked portion of the map is the back corridor, and it should be impenetrable. Again, the starting spawn points are supposed to be open.
