your all prolly thinking YAY blaze has a new map... but sry. i know this map may not be as good as my others but give me some credit it was made when i first learned how to interlock.
WARNING! you may have dled the bata version if you didnt gt it off this post. also i have no asthetics out of the map there just a bunch of junk from the money glitch. lol sry.

Haymaker, a very small Symmetrical map on foundry. Made for 1v1/2v2 or 3/4 person FFA slayer.

But this map is set up for…

Natural bomb, shorten the bomb respawn time, restart and respawn timer.

1v1/2v2, of 3/4 FFA Oddball, quick respawn and restart.

KOTH, 3 person juggernaut, and slayer.

This maps equipment contain of:

2 pistles

So I go look at Blaze's recently created threads and I see a few maps posts. So I click there first one I see and what do I find?! I find a freakin' awesome map post! Yahahaha! Fun times ahead =]
▪ The Post ▪
Well it's certainly get bonus points for a well typed map post. You made yourself a nice little banner up the top and you have a TONE of screenshots to help show the layout of the map. Nice and clear shots of the map and not "action shots" that a lot of other map posts have
.
I much prefer these layout shots in map posts, because you see what you're thinking about downloading, not some silly dude blocking the view of the map... Like my upside down Spartan =P

The post wasn't a huge story too, which I like ♥
I don't want to click on a map thread at midnight and be faced with a huge background story because that will just turn me off... Oh wait, much like this post I'm whipping up =D
Oh and I like the little ad you chucked in for your next map, Black and Blue.
▪ The Map ▪
Well I played it with about 5-6 other people, can't remember who because people kept joining then leaving etc... So it was quite chaotic, but very fun!
I love the small arena based maps like this. It reminded me of Damnation, from Halo:CE
I don't really know why though, Damnation was a big map compared to Haymaker. I guess it was mostly because of the door teleporter thing you had going on and the pillars you had on either side, reminding me of the pillared hallway from Damnation (If you've played it you'll know what I mean).
Anyway, this really was fun too play, and was so crazy because of the FFA MLG settings I had on. The Sentinel Beam could become a bit overpowering in a 1v1 - 2v2 situation but with 6 people no body really got a chance to use it much.

Design wise I couldn't really find any flaws. Everything in the map seemed to work really well. Such a simple design worked excellently. Although my only peeve about this map was the center structure you had holding the Sentinel Beam. A couple times I had to jump twice to get the Beam and some other times I jumped down to it and slid off it which made me a little confused a couple times, but apart from that it's seems to work well.
Sure there were some spawning issues but I put that down to trying to play a 6 player FFA =P.

All 'round great small size arena map. I definitely recommend a download, this map will be on my HDD for quite some time.

Oh also, I noticed you said .quote. i know this map may not be as good as my others .end quote. So I am going to go check out your other maps! If this isn't your best then I want to see you at your prime!

All I have to say now is Wakawakawaka only with affection of course ♥
Hit me up on XBL if you ever wanna invite me to a custom on this map =D
I rate this map 4.5 clubbed baby seals out of 5

looks good, excellent interlocking, especially with the stairs

Hey, if you need someone for testing a map, just Add me. GT is on my profile. AKA look to the left. No, your other left.

P.S. Let me know you need me for testing. Otherwise I won't add you.

I like how the box the rocket launcher is on is tilted and geomerged into the ground. It gives a little bit of a twist! Can you go through the teleporters even though they are inside the door?

Looks excellent, first map I've seen that has effectively used the door with the teleporters. 5/5!

Very nice admittedly I don't think its as orgasmic as Battery or Curbstomp but still I love the use of teledoors I saw the tutorial and was wondering when some one would put this to good use. Gj a download from me, as always. For some reason I always seem to enjoy your map style Maybe its the complexity compared to most maps especially this as its such a small map!

Pretty good, Blaze. Just like your other maps =p.
5/5

Everytime you say the word 'Poorigus', a walrus loses its life. Don't say the word Poorigus..
