Map Template: Foundry
Gltiches: Interlocking only.



Un-needed Glitches:
  • (Geo-Merging was tried but unsuccessful and unneeded.)
  • Unlimited Items (it is shipment after all)
Interlocking has been used only when needed as it is only a simple but neat map, so please DONT criticise me on my interlocking thank you.


Hey guys , My second map is named UNSC Shipment which was inspired and based on the CoD4 Map "Shipment". Now I realise that this Map has been made countless times by others but I wanted an accurate remake , not just like a few boxes here a few there because they never looked right and in proportion at all and this map fit’s the proportions near perfectly and with the selected game type it makes the game so much better as it adds towards the fun.
Shipment is a small, fast paced map originally designed for team deathmatch but has now been forged to be set up for. what i think is all gametypes (except infection) , creating this map took me many hours, playtesting and then fixing problems with playtesting which took me hours due to having a faulty My canvas map was faulty and i had to float around trying to find and delete all the objective markers without affecting the map (>_<). I have most game types set up for cod4 but Personally ,
i think the best game type to play Shipment on is Multi-Flag as CTF as the game type wasn’t setup for CoD4 but was in CoD2&3 so it feels good to see a returning classic game type on a new map which is a new twist for my map-making.

I have tried to use only human weapons and equipment to maintain that "Call Of Duty" feel but i have used other weapons to add to variety
and tactics for game play e.g. plasma grenades , bubble shield , power drain.

Battle rifle/M16 x2 / 60 secs / 0 / yes
Sniper rifle/R700 x2 / 90 secs / 1 / yes
SMG/P90 x4 / 60 secs / 1 / yes
Assault rifle/M4 x / 30 secs / 2 / yes
Shotgun/W1200 x1 / 90 secs / 1 / NO
Plasma Grenade/? x8 / 10 secs / N/A / yes
TripMine/Claymore x1 / 60 secs / N/A / yes
Bubble Shield/? x1 / 60 secs / N/A / yes
Radar Jammer/UAV x2 / 60 secs / N/A / yes
Flare/Flashbang x2 / 60 secs / N/A / yes

Weapon Layout

Evenly Placed Weaponry - Bubble Shield for defenders and Tripmine for Attackers.

The best COD 4 shipment map out there, the map has been done to death but, you have gotten over that and made this one stand out great job 10/10

Looks good. How did you do the screenies? Did you take a screenshot each time and crop it? That is the only reason I can see for the plus signs. Anyhoo, looks nice, I hated this map in COD 4 but may very well like it in Halo.

Yeah , I cropped them from Bungie.net and hosted them from Imageshack. Thats how i do most my images tbh.

I wouldn't criticize you for interlocking or merging. I find it makes maps better.

Oddly enough though, Picture No.2 needs some interlocking on those fence walls. This map isn't that generously interlocked.

another shipment remake...this one looks to top them all, so try something new and orginal. I'd love to see what you can come up with

That is meant to Represent a slightly opened gate , i felt that it would look a bit more detailed in that area that way.

excellent job. only thing i would change is to make the warthogs immovable, but i havent played the map yet maybe you did
