Yes, teams must be even.

about time you got this up... in my opinion playing this makes me realize just how much I hated ODS3. I thought it was good, but maybe it was just the drop pod? Anyways, this is definetly a good cov vs humans map. It's not too overpowering, although I think that the stalkers are somewhat unfair. I like the concept behind it, but the hornet is very glitchy. it doesn't always spawn at 3 minutes exactly.. Other than that this is a great map, and if I'm correct your final odst/covenant/halo campaign based map, right?

As long as you have the rght people that understand how to play and won't leave, I give a 5/5. This is a definite keeper for my console.

I played this with a friend today, I'm not sure why you would use the video you have, it does not come even close to representing how much fun this map is. Maybe it's just the story but something about it makes me keep coming back to this game. The concpt is freaking amazing... using virgil as the asset was a great move. No complaints from me, the one thing I find funny though is as long as you do it correctly, surviving the 3 minutes won't be hard. It's getting the hornet out that is the hard part. Choppers are pretty good anti-air vehicles.

This was so much fun and as a few people have mentioned all ready there were soo many testing sessions. What shows that this is a great map is that everyone wanted to keep on testing this over and over agian. im glad that you used my idea for gameplay and im suprised that it worked so well but honestly it wouldnt have worked out if you didnt make the layout so great. overall i have to say this is one of the funnest games made yet with out a doubt 5/5 for everything

The story worked out a lot better than I anticipated it would, I guess seeing it in writing makes it better because I was confused when you told me about this on xbl.

I found it incredibly fun to test this map, no matter how many times we tested (Over 9000?) Being one of the few covenant vs humans gametype that work, I think that's what I like most about the map. Nothing really needed to be changed, I really like how the game plays. ODS3 does not come close to how fun this map is. I think that the turret could have been moved a little bit further away from the closed building because he can still gain the traits when Virgil is in there, but maybe this suggestion wouldn't improve gameplay in reality. idk.

Also, I kind of think that we probably had more testers than this..

fix
Lol forgot to rate: 10/10

Most likely, yes. But a lot of people myself included like this gametype so I might use it again for another map somewhere in the future. And also, the hornet only does that when someone joins in late/quits. It's only delayed by 30(most of the times less) seconds, so it's not too bad and it does feel climactic.

I don't know, the story I kind of made up in like 15 minutes :P

possibly yes....

I moved the turret a little bit further away one time, and it's just rendered useless. Virgil doesn't want to leave the building and nobody wanted to use the turret. I don't really think it was very overpowering in the original spot/where it is now.

I know we did, I just can't find them :(

This is a great map that gives such a good ODST feeling and fun gameplay. The only thing is (and I know you have responded to this) why the BR? You could have replaced it with carbines instead. You get the same results as the BR and you keep the ODST theme alive (make it look like someone died with them or something). Whatever though because the game is a definate download.

BTW: If you ever need testers, send me an invite, testing these maps look fun.

Many people ask, why the battle rifle? Auto-mag is what ODST use!

1)H3's magnum is NOT the same as the automag. Replacing it with this would not be the same.

2)ODST's also use BR's. Halo 3 and all of the books, battle rifle is what ODST's use.

3)you don't spawn with carbines.

4)By using carbines, I'd be using up the maximum object limit which I needed for more important things.

5)Balance out gameplay.

nice job love this idea something new and very creative you used like all the best ideas and mixed it and used original ideas in your gametype and map 5/5 keep up the work i saw no flaws in the map because at first i thought everyone would just run away but i see that if you do then your just no help to your team which is something pretty cool and basically gets rid of rim camping which was a major flaw in most maps.

If you try to run out and spawn kill... YOU'RE basically screwed, not so much the team- you.

I once had someone say to me, "I'm gonna be a douche and go try to spawn kill."
I replied, "Ok, tell me when you're done."
*15 seconds later
"How'd it go?"
"I got raped."
