Anyway, here's the lowdown on how the gametype, FIREFIGHT (C), works.

Humans/ODSTs
The ODST's have no shields, but 500% resistance, so they can take several huge blows & still survive. They run at 90% speed & have 150% Gravity, start with the SMG & Magnum + Grenades. They're immune to headshots, so no cheap one-shot kills from the Carbine. Default color is black. There can only be up to FOUR (*4*) ODST's in a game. Player Count Rules are as follows:
Also, the ODST's can pickup weapons, but cannot drive vehicles (what vehicles?). The weapons the ODST's can use on the map are:Zombies/The Covenant
Basically the same as the ODST's, but a few major differences. They have 200% Gravity. They have shields, but only 200% Damage Resistance. Default weapon is the Plasma Pistol. They can be shot in the head, but their only concern is the Magnum. They can drive vehicles like the Ghost & Wraith, but they only pickup weapons for 10 sec., then they're disabled from picking up anymore, due to respawn settings. They have no motion sensor, & their default color is purple. Now the complex part. They spawn in one of four Covenant Boxes. Shown below:

Last Man Standing
The Last Man Standing becomes a Spartan. Basically, your stats are completely normal. Think of it as playing the default Slayer. Weaker than the ODST's, the Spartan must rely on his manuverability & speed to survive. Or, just hi-jack a Wraith...

Base Layout Pics

Shotgun Spawn #1 is only accessable from outside the base.
Shotgun Spawn #2 + Trip Mine Spawn
If you take the front entrance (the one with the MGT above it.), take a left, & you'll reach this Lookout. Either go up the stairs or go to the window to use the MGT.
Going upstairs from the Lookout leads to the Sinper Rifle Spawn plus the upper floor of the fortress.
If you jump accross the upper floor to the Walkway, you'll find the Rocket Launcher Spawn.
If you go around back, you'll find a back entrance (1 out of about 5). They lead to the same area; the Flamethrower Spawn. The Missile Pod can be reached by going up the Ramp & right.
If you go straight after you get off the Ramp, you'll find the Air Pad, which houses the Spartan Laser Spawn.
If you take the back entrance(s), you'll be inside the Storage Tunnels, located underneath the Air Pad. The Flamethrower Spawn is located in the Storage Tunnels.
Covenant Extras Pics

If you're lucky, you'll take the Teleporter that will lead to the Ghost Spawn, which is located in the front, but is way out on the hill. (EDIT: The Ghost does NOT appear at the start, it resapwns after 60 sec.)
If you're even more lucky, you'll reach the Wraith Spawn, located waaaaaaaaaay out on the right side of the fortress, beyond the Guardians (Yes, they are, in fact, blocked). However, the Wraith doesn't spawn until after 120 sec.
Extra Notes:Guardians ARE blocked.
The Custom Powerup in the Brute Box gives you 3x Overshields, 200% Damage Resistance, a 125% Damage Modifier, 110% Speed & 100% Gravity, your color is changed to red, & the duration of it all is 60 sec.
Respawn Time = 3 sec. + 5 sec. for penalties
There ARE Geomerged objects on the map, but only outside the fortress.
