Claustrophobia


This is my first map I've ever made and also my first map post on FH so please tell me if there is anything wrong or something I could improve on my map or post.

Weapons
4x magnum, 0 spare clips 20 sec respawn
4x battle rifle 0 spare clips 45 sec respawn
2x SMG 2 spare clips 45 sec respawn
1x shotgun 0 spare clips 90 sec respawn
2x assualt rifle 1 spare clip 30 sec respawn
4x frag grenades
1x flare 60 sec respawn
1x bubble shield 60 sec respawn
1x active camo 120 sec respawn

Claustrophobia is a small, enclosed map as you might infer from the name. There are two bases, an A base and a B base, that have the same weapons but aren't made the same. Two very important weapons are the active camo and the shotgun. Also, don't forget the side hallways you can use to sneak up on your enemies. This map works for 2 and 4 players only, separated into two teams. Slayer (you can put whatever starting weapons, shields, and movement options you want) will work on this map, any other game types won't. Now onto the pics! (All of these except the 4 pics of looking into and out of A/B Base are with the map with NO roof, normally it has one.)

this loks a bit sloppy maby try more interlocking and make things a bit more aligned and make it a bit bigger

it also looks pretty easy to get out of the map try and work on making it more enclosed. Also include a weapons list

sorry 1.5/5 for me because it is too sloppy and looks like it was just trown together

Is this just regular slayer or something, because i think people can grenade jump out or use the box under the camo. I dont really understand the concept

You didn't read the post completely... these pics were done without a roof, normally it has one. But about the weapons list, I'll add one soon.

pretty solid map for your first post. it shows that you can interlock, just that you can't interlock good. i agree how the map looks thrown together, with little time put in to the merging. it's just like you put random walls and interlocked them at random angles. for now, since this is your first map, 3/5. a v2 is needed.

Thanks for the advice. I might work on my interlocking and make a V2 for the map and make a second floor.

yes. you need interlocking BADLY its real sloppy... and from the looks of it the map doesnt really look that fun.... running around in close hallways?... lame

i like it i dont care if it looks slopy because it looks like a maze making it harder for people to find u so who cares if it doesnt have alignment or alot of merging lokks awesome anyways

It just looks like a smaller slightly smaller version
of peasant hunt. Not really a bad thing though.
Could be fun, Ill give it a forge through.

I'm going to start work on a V2 of this map this coming weekend. I plan to make the map look completely different but it will still be enclosed and similair in gameplay, hopefully.
