Reformed


Hey ForgeHUB. This is my new Infection/One Flag CTF Map. I chose to do it in Foundry and I Chose to use One Flag and Infection as a fun treat :D. I hope that you enjoy and have fun playing Reformed.
Background for Map [Will split into two groups]

It's 1959, you are in a top-secret Military Lab/Warehouse. You are on duty when all of a sudden a loud bang occurs. The Lab has an explosion and a deadly virus is released. You start to get everyone and you build a fort and walls so the infected don't get to you.

[Infection]
You've managed to trap the infected for a short period of time. They will start to jump out soon and come at you. The infected are trying to spread the virus unwillingly. Their human forms are destroyed and they are lead by one of the infected Scientists. You must defend yourself and your comrades using your Cannons, Machine Guns, and pure skill to defeat the deadly infected zombies.

[One Flag CTF]

You've managed to trap the infected for a short period of time. They will start to jump out soon and come at you for your prized protection that proves the last of the human race, your flag. You must protect it at all costs as it has the cure to the virus that can save the world.

Weapons
On the Map, there are a couple of weapons.
SMG x 3
Sniper x 1
Shotgun x 1/2
Battle Rifle x 3/2
Assault Rifle x 2-4
Machine Gun x 2
Fusion Coil x 3
Barrels x 16, 8 on each side of fort.


You move the barrels into the Man Cannon and it fires off into the Zombies.
Make sure they don't get ahold or capture any of your Cannons as it can cause great confusion and destruction to your own team as they can use the man cannons to transport the flag easier.

add interloxorz, geomerging, and more cover :) also, have no armory. make the weapons spread out and hard to get to, it makes the game harder instead of spawning and immedeately going after powerweaps and massacring the zombies. Add more of a description of teh game type. 3/5 needs work but good.

I thought about adding Merging and Interlocking but there isn't much to Interlock. That and this is supposed to be in 1959 :\.. And the only reason I didn't add more cover was because the zombies kept using it during testing while the Machine Guns couldn't get to them so I took cover out. They should be able to get there.

That is one confusing post, you should really get rid of most of the colours or at least scale the font down so the post becomes more readable.
The map looks fairly bland and there isn't too much cover for the zombies while the humans have 2 turrets and an armoury.

Also, change your thread title just to Reformed Kthx

THey should be able to dodge the machine guns.. i mean.. why not.. and if u mrege the boxes, it will look cleaner.. mabe you could add more levels and such for the zombie spewn...

Okay, Done. I do agree that the Humans are a little bit overpowered but that's because I know that the zombies will use their man cannons against them a bit.
So if I were to add cover (like a lot like some other maps) the humans would almost have little or no chance.

Okay, The Zombies CAN dodge the machine guns. Look at one of the pictures in Action Shots. They go up pretty fast that you can't keep with them. And the Merging, I didn't want to make it look that clean. I wanted it to look ridgy and rocky so that it could pass as a 1959 fort built from boxes laying around a warehouse. I'll make a V.2. soon and I'll merge a bit, add more cover, etc. For now, please enjoy this one.

to me both of the maps are bad it looks like it took you 15 minutes for each map. Needs more to it and in the first map all there is, is double boxes thats it and dont talk like (OMGZ DIEEEEE OUCHIES HI DER OWWW WEEEE) you sound like your 5....

you can interlock whilst still making it look edgy and raw... it just takes practice
Nothing much else can be said about it that hasn't already been said
