Sniper Race

Hey everybody im here with my second forgehub post and i hope this does better than the last! I was playing rocket race with some buddies and though it would be a sweeet deal if i used it with snipers.

First off i would like to thank nickgabriele for helping with some of the maps and with my testers: nickgabriele, burnsito108, SFerrari, and RoxxDaLab.

So this gametype is rocket race with snipers, but you can die. Vehicles are still indistructible, though i may change this for V2 forspecific respawn settings. The maps have been updated to make them more enjoyable and fun (e.g grav lifts, bridges etc...)
There are 9 maps to be played on this gametype. Avalanche, Rats Nest, Foundry, Valhalla, Sandtrap, Snowbound, Last Resort, Standoff, and Isolation.
(Foundry, maybe last resort, and maybe Snowbound would be my weaker maps because of their size but are still a blast with a bunch of people. Isolation being another so-so map because...well because its Isolation. :)

The rules are as follows:3-4 different teams depending on map
Each player has a sniper and 50% health
VIP cannot drive and mst no-scope the other drivers and VIP's while also trying to get to the extration zone (zone changes upon arrival)
First to 25 points wins
1 point for killing VIP and 2 points for reaching the extration zone.
After spawning you will have a 10 second respawn shield to reduce spawn camping.
There is the same VIP for each team through the whole game.
Gernade regeneration is also enabled sp tje VIP's can throw some stickies for more excitement.

I have tested this alot and hope for some good feedback so please feel free to give me some tips to make the gameplay/gametype better or friend request me on live.

*Note: In case you are wondering the yan sighn or y with double lines is placed between "Sniper" and "race" because stupid Bungie says its not appropriate if icall it Sniper Race*

looks pretty cool im a huge fan of rocket race, a sniper race seems pretty cool ill check it out, but instead of putting the link to every map, do you think you could just tell us which maps it is best on? that would help a lot since most of us dont have room for all of these maps on our hard drives. looks pretty fun tho i will check it out and get back tou you about how it plays

I don't think this is really FORGING, but you did create the maps I guess... It's mostly for the gametype.

Sorry i realize thats a bit of a problem. The best maps are avalanche, sandtrap, rats nest, and valhalla. But you must download my made maps because the spawns and evertyhing is correct

Ugh..a sniper race...sorta like Rocket race lol...noscopes flying through the air. Pray and shoot lol. Still a good idea. Should make a sword race, drive by and kill other drivers/passengers lol. 4/5

Nice map, certain some pretty epic snipes come out of this!
One thing that troubles me about this is that if your VIP dies, you'll always have to go find him, slowing your team down immensely.
Haha, me and my brother have a sniper game that we play on avalanche, or sandtrap, it's not race though.

Yeah lose your vip, go back get him on way back have a couple of people that dont care about the racing snipe you :P. I dont know but looking at this map gave me the horrible idea of an empty foundry off Free for all Snipers...and 16 players are playing..lol

this type of racing is much more fun i am working on a similar thing on avalanche swords is a lot of fun its like jousting rat race attack has a good set up for this type of thing i like the amount of maps there is to choose from on this one good work the pics are great
