Best Major League Gaming

Everyone remembers the MLG days of Halo 2, where Walshy, The Ogre Twins, T2 and others dominated the pro circuit. With Forge opening new opportunities, MLG caught onto the idea that users could create maps that gave Halo 3 a competitive atmosphere. Many MLG maps have been created, and MLG has become so popular that it has it's own Halo 3 playlist. This playlist features two foundry maps: MLG Amplified and MLG Onslaught. MLG maps must follow a specific weapon set - if they do not, they are disqualified from the MLG category, but not from other categories.

The is a new category to Best of Forge, so there was no previous winner.

I nominate MLG Hype

The best constructed MLG map i have seen. A map that relies heavily on team co-ordination, and a map that puts shame to Onslaught.

I second Matty with MLG Hype. The risk/reward system on this map is outstanding. I absolutely love it.

I will have to agree with Matty here.

It is less of the push and pull of Onslaught and more about getting different angles of fire, it also boasts multileveled combat.

Hype
I beleive that it outplays onslaught due to the balance of it. Theres risk and advantages to the key structures to the map.
