I nominate Quasar due to its strong qualities- more specifically the silky smooth track and the awesome grav-lift device that keeps the race fast-paced but manages to bring the mongoose in the air. It can be found here.

Same as American, one of the smoothest and most fun race tracks I have played on. This should have been featured a long time ago before some other race maps.
