My nomination goes to Slate Creek just simply because, it was the best map from the 2 vs 2 tournament, you didn't even have to be part of the tournament to know of its greatness, and it just plays amazingly.

Verbatim was a close second but I prefer Slate Creek over it.

I think High voltage should be the best design because of the really good aesthetics, the gameplay, and most of all the design. It seems like high voltage is all around really well built. It feels like a mini grindstone

I think I may have to go with Verbatim on this. It's a pretty tough choice, since there were quite a few maps that have a great design. Gameplay was the most enjoyable on this compared to the other maps that I had in mind. Good luck, guys.

I love you, Linu. :-)

The flow is directed throughout the entire layout without a hitch in the crossing paths above and below.
Slate Creek can be found here.
I vote for this map as well. the design is flawless, creating epic gameplay. The map feels original with a vertical feel.

Comely, Bonafide, Bad Posture, Texture

Work in progress

I nominate Xyience due to it’s strong qualities - more specifically, it makes Foundry feel much bigger than it is, gameplay is amazing, and I always have a blast playing on it. It can be found here: Xyience

I vote for Regicide by Fritzter. The designing involved is pretty epic, it's nowhere close to a typical MLG map yet plays actually fun and competitive. The jumps are all thought out well, and the map allows for easy call outs (remember that kids, designing call outs=win). Makes for some epic Snipers, King, whatever games.

I vote for Slate Creek. Very simple and very slick. It's also easy to quickly maneuver around the map, which serves to improve the flow of the gameplay. The 'figure of eight' design concept was executed superbly, and feels clean and original.

Slate Creek. tremendous balance of high and low ground, along a curved path that is great for cutting lines of sight and separating battles.. all while being very easy and intuitive to traverse.
