One thing worth noting: If you do sign up with other team members specified, then it must actually be a set team, not just a list of probables. If this is the case, your application will be taken as a free agent post, not a team entry.

This isn't meant to discourage people, but to draw a line between free agents and teams. Team entries are not meant to be a 'captain' applying and saying they'll get another 3 together for the games, team entries must be concrete sets of 4 (groups of 2 or 3 are also fine, but will be subject to the same considerations as a free agent in the sense that it isn't a full team), all 4 of whom must have agreed themselves to entering this and must meet the requirements of time and availability as well.

So please, if you're submitting an application with multiple players, make sure that they are as definite as you are, and that specific names are detailed and set in stone, not just a guess at who will make up your team of 4.
