ONI Amphitheatre

" You have been called upon to serve" Said Dr Halsey, addressing the nervous children that sat before her.
This is my interpretation of a room from the book Fall of Reach.

The Amphitheatre was a room the spartans only saw twice. Both times their lives changed.
Here ive tried to create as smooth and detailed a room as i can. I particularily like the centre podium and ramp leading down.

I embedded a man cannon within the podium because the way they glow makes it look really cool.

Apart from the main room, i created a corridor leading to it. For this bit i bothered to colour code the boxes. I didnt do that for the rest of the map because i would have either given up or gone insane.

I made a nice feature running along the centre roof using barriers which is quite cool.
And before anyone says, this map is supposed to be all about the interior. I know the outside looks very similar to a ship but i assure you that it is pure coincidence.

This room is purely aesthetic. It might work as a playable map, though there is a lack of cover for the most part.

I have a question: Is it playable? It looks purely Aesthetic. Regardless it looks damn good for the whole theater look, nice.

That first picture blew me away. It looks absolutely stunning.
I've loved your previous efforts, I guess this is another notch on your belt as a top teir aesthetic forger. I inquire the same question as danI, can we play some matches on this or is the map the equivalent to an Ace and King? (<-Poker reference)
Either way, I can't wait to have this grace my TV screen.

Wow. It's great to find such an epic aesthetic forger. This is simply amazing. Aesthetic maps that pay attention to such detail are hard to find. Your creations have always been far above average. (The "UNSC Frigate" link in your sig goes to the thread for "Loft", by the way.) I am definitely downloading this. Keep up the great work!

That looks amazing. The only way I could see it being playable is if you add a few more corridors and some cover on the outskirts. Either way 5/5. The only thing I dislike is the bridge, it would look nicer upsidedown.

It looks great, well forged, neat, clean and looks like an actual amphitheater. HOWEVER, :P i do feel the need to point out that the said amphitheater was underground, so those windows on the top kinda spoil that. Though its well forged and i have downloaded it and plan on doing a walk through =D

Nice job. It really shows that you put your time and effort in making this. For the map in general I give you a 5/5 stars for everything else...well...the same pretty much.

The names R.J and forging is my specialty!

Yes i fully realise it is supposed to be underground. HOWEVER lol, If you go on the map you'll realsize that i have completely run out of objects
It was a choice between energy walls or barriers. I tried to keep it underground in essense by puting the barriers on the top, though i know it was supposed to be DEEP underground this is the only way i could finish it.
