The ELITE system is the Seperatist Elite's new weapon based on their own form and fearsome nature. ELITE is capable of defeating a Covenant Scarab with ease and can withstand tremendous punishment before going down. With the assistance of an onboard A.I. program, the ELITE may be operated by a single Sangheili pilot.

2(two) Arm-mounted Plasma Torpedo launchers (Not shown)
1(one) Detachable Energy Sabre

Yes, almost 95% of it's construction was done using the save-quit method.
