Glad to see you finally got around to getting this posted. Luckily I was able to be in 2 of your tests. I also played a custom on this map with some friends the other day and they all loved it. Even for people who didn't know completely how the game was played, it was easy to catch on.
Uh I really can't think of anything else to say right now so I'll just quote my feedback as it basically says everything, and I really don't feel like typing alot right now =]. I also spoilered it because it's kinda alot.
V3 Feedback:

Wall Street:
Wall street was probably the most fun territories game I played since conquest. Around every corner there were fights breaking out to control the territories. Infection was really fun on this map because you actually felt like you were in a city, and all the calm moments between fights were actually kinda creepy.
Likes:
- not your average territories game
- there were many power weapons to counter the vehicles
- balanced RvR in choosing to stay in a building or leave to a new one
- plenty of cover in buildings, but the streets are wide open
- looks and feels like a city, especially from the streets
Dislikes:
- the vehicles, particularly the hornet, feel like they respawn way too fast
- territories feel too small, you had to be directly on the flag to capture it
- I was often spawn killed by a hornet when I spawned on the rooftops
Suggestions:
- the hornet in particular needs to have a longer respawn, atleast 2 minutes
- respawn points on the roofs need some kind of cover, or they could just be moved
- make the territories a little bit larger

- The new vehicle respawns are, IMO, perfect, they no longer overpower like they used to, but there's still usually always a vehicle available.
- The equipment was definitely another great change, especially the grav lifts, and it added alot more variety to the game compared to the V3 test.
- I could tell there were some changes in the buildings, and the changes helped improve the flow of the map.
Dislikes:
- The only problem I had was the building where territory 7(I think) was only had one entrance, and it was annoying getting to it. But we solved this problem in forge right after the game so there are now 2 entrances.
Suggestions:
- Really none, we already fixed the only flaw we found.
So to recap:
- The new Wall Street is better then ever, gameplay is flawless and the buildings flow well with the streets, and each other.
- Players no longer need to be dependent on power weapons because the vehicles no longer overpower the map.
- Although we didn't see much of it yet today, I can see the equipment becoming very important factors in winning or losing, power drains are deadly against vehicles, and grav lifts provide easy access to rooftops.
- I'm pretty sure this map is complete, but Used said he had some more things to fix, well see later.

Also I won't need to DL, I still have them on my HD from the test. And why didn't you add the ODST Infection version there? That game was really fun.
