Description:

Prodigy is a Big Team Battle map built on the middle tier of Sandbox. I have been making this for some 3 weeks on and off. During the course of the testing (unoffical) and making of the map alot of changes have been made but here we are with the final version!

Aims:
I wanted to create a fun big team battle map which could sustain and play with all game types; with what I have changed and put into the map I believe I have achieved this. I have created a symmetrical, team based map focusing on game play but making sure the aesthetics are up-to-date as well. As you will see from the pictures there are many blocks and walls simply there for aesthetics yet the majority of the items serve the main purpose of acting the part as a competitive BTB map. The maps centre piece, as you will see, is centred to the left, with a rocket and open space occupying the right side. This was made for one flag and bomb game types and the like. The rocket is there to balance the centre and provide some balance against the vehicles; there is also 2 brute shots and a laser. I wanted the map be as balanced as possible and to make sure that no weapons could dominate for too long in any known area. Thus each power weapon has no spare clips and a 2 minute respawn. I wanted to have flag and bomb placements where you could not just drive up to them and grab and then drive back to your base. Getting the flag or capturing the bomb requires skill and patience and I wanted to imply these into the game play. Working as a team to gain territories, gain control of power weapons and capture or plant the flag and bomb, has been the main theme of the map and I feel that I have pulled this off and thorough the many hours of unofficial testing (with friends and some recent players) and changing and correcting the final product is ready!

-Team Slayer, Team Snipers, BR starts
-Team Capture the Flag
-Assualt, Neutral Bomb

I recommend playing with 4v4 to 6v6.
