Hmm.. I guess the pictures don't show the cover, but there is a bunch. The reason why it's not filled with cover is because it's mainly for Hide n Seek which is where the uninfected have camo, and the zombies are invulnerable, but with no radar. It is also for my game "CW's Tag" (Which I have yet to upload). Both games need no extra cover than what is given. If it was a slayer map, I would agree 100% with you, but in this case, I'm gonna keep it as is. And yea I'm new to this site so I'm gettin all my maps off at once :)
