I've played swat on this once before. And I just remember thinking "what!? this hasn't been featured!?" That clocktower is seriously some of the best telewriting I've seen. The center structure and crane are also two perfect examples of great aesthetics.
I also found the gameplay to be very enjoyable (even though I only played SWAT on it). The feeling of walking through an actual city-like landscape doesn't hinder the playability at all. There is not lack of cover or flow of players throughout the map at all.
Congrats on this feature. It is well deserved. Not many maps have this type of balance between aeshtetics and gameplay.
